There is a link to the zip file in the description. Extract the zip and place the .exe anywhere you like.
To start the miner just open a Terminal (quicksearch: CMD) and type in the path to the exe file… (Also have a look at my command line in the description)

No. The 7850 caps out at about 350kH/s. The 6950 can achieve up to around 500kH/s.

Do your research.
